Experience:  5 years medcal coding experience in specialty fields required. Extensive knowledge of ICD-9, CPT and HCPCS codes. previous experience in the health care field preferred.  Proficient in use of computer applications.  Proficient in the use of ICD-9 and CPT coding.
 
Licensure, Registration, Certification:  Current driver&apos;s license and declaration of automobile liability insurance.
 
Mental/Physical Requirements:  (May be met with appropriate accommodations if deemed necessary):  Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral communications, visual acuity, and the ability to read and understand written directions.  Excellent computer skills.  Minimum typing skills of 60 wpm.  Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.  Knowledge of staffing/scheduling preferred.
