Job Description:
On-Call 7p-7a Nights Utilizes the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive evidence based care to a designated patient population. Interfaces with multidisciplinary team members to provide optimum care Assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into their job performance. The staff member provides comprehensive care based on the principles of growth and development across the life span of patients served in his/her independent unit. Provision of care is given as described in the Scottsdale Healthcare Patient Care Policies and service or unit specific Department Operating Policies. Performance Standards may vary depending on unit assigned; percentage of time spent performing duties also vary according to unit and staffing needs.
Basic Education:
Associate's Degree/Diploma from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution State Licensure BLS Healthcare Provider Training Course
2 YEARS PREVIOUS ICU EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
