RN - Home Health Care, Southfield
Full-time, days
Utilizes the knowledge and application of nursing principles to provide direct patient care in the home. Assesses the need for other allied health care services such as PT, OT, MSW, etc. to ensure an integrated home health care delivery system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Current licensure by the State of Michigan as an RN
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and healthcare personnel
- Valid state of MI drivers license and an acceptable driving record
- BSN and acute care experience preferred
