Job Description:
Under general direction, provides direction and supervision to the support personnel in an ambulatory patient care unit. Responsible for developing daily work schedules, coordinating quality assurance and patient risk management programs, insuring that proper personnel procedures are followed, monitoring supplies and services for the unit in a fiscally prudent manner, and providing education and development opportunities for the unit support staff.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Registered Nurse (RN) with current license in the State of Michigan. Requires 3-5 years of progressively more responsible experience with minimum of two years clinical experience as an RN. Previous supervisory experience in health care related field is preferred.
