Job Description:
LPN - Fairlane Dialysis, Dearborn
Full-time, rotating shifts. Days, afternoons, and weekends
Under supervision of the RN, utilizes the knowledge and practical experiences of a LPN to provide direct patient/family care in the home. Performs basic therapeutic and preventative nursing procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful completion of an accredited LPN nursing program
- Licensure by the State of MI as a LPN
- NAPNES certification or successful completion of pharmacology exam
- Minimum of two years clinical medical-surgical experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families and health care personnel.
- Must have reliable transportation and a telephone, possess a current State of MI driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record.
