Job Information
Care Manager
Requirements include a BSN and at least one year of hospital experience as a nurse case manager. In this role you will facilitate efficient care coordination and plan for patients' D/C needs, evaluate patient medical necessity according to clinical criteria and communicate with payers. To be successful, you will have strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills as well as computer keyboard proficiency. An orientation program relative to the roles, responsibilities and functions of a Care Manager will be provided. Positions are full-time, with rotation to weekends. Possibility for 10-hour flexible shifts.
