Job Description: A per diem sports medicine physical therapist to provide evaluation consultation and interventions to children adolescents and young adults, collaborate with families, health care team members, and community resources to implement a plan of care.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience preferred.
Current State of Connecticut Physical Therapist License required. Current Basic Life Support(BLS)/ CPR in adult, child and infant required.
